I took one of my favorite drinks for the fall: apple cider, and made a cookie out of it. This flavor too has become a favorite of many of my regulars. I even roll the dough in granulated sugar to give it more of that feel of a cider doughnut that is so popular in fall season; especially when picking apples.The photos of these cookies on the website alone make you want to eat them.
