Alongside the Coffee Cake Cookie that was a hit I have newly created the Cinnamon Strudel Cookie. A sugar and cinnamon swirled cookie is topped with icing drizzle to introduce a new breakfast cookie. Try your taste at this new flavor sure to go well with coffee.

Orange cranberry

Need I say more...the combination of these two flavors has become a popular one and easy to make. It's the perfect blend of sweet and tang. Any fruit lover would agree that this is a winner for parties and get-togethers.

Mint Chocolate Chip

The first bite I took reminded me of the ice cream; which was the whole point. But as I continued to eat the cookie, it started to taste more like a cookie with an ice cream after-bite. What an extraordinary flavor in a cookie!

Do keep in mind that the flavors I develop almost never come out the way I want them to the first time. It takes a few trial runs before I perfect the flavors and consistencies I am looking to achieve.

Apple Cider

I took one of my favorite drinks for the fall: apple cider, and made a cookie out of it. This flavor too has become a favorite of many of my regulars. I even roll the dough in granulated sugar to give it more of that feel of a cider doughnut that is so popular in fall season; especially when picking apples. The photos of these cookies on the website alone make you want to eat them. Butterscotch Delight

The next new craze is loads of ooey, gooey butterscotch. I have created a butterscotch flavored cookie topped with butterscotch candy made from scratch. If this doesn't make your taste buds tingle, I don't what will. The soft butterscotch candy on top melts in your mouth and brings you back to a place of serenity.
